In V-ZUG’s leading steamer technology, water from the
fresh water container is taken to the boiler to create steam
on demand. After the cooking process the water is pumped
back into the water holder so stale water cannot collect
either in the cooking space or in the water pipes. Some more
key strengths: fast, precise change of climate for outstanding
results; finely controlled, efficient steam creation; needs-
driven consumption of water and energy.
